Release

RELEASE – Deep breathe in, hold and release. As you breathe in focus on your journey and the direction that you want to take. As you exhale release the hurt, the fear, the anger, the insecurities, the stress, the guilt, the shame, or whatever holds you down.

As you release all the negative things from within, you are making room for the positive to fill your heart, mind and soul. In order to move forward you must release all that is holding you back; you cannot keep one foot in the past and expect healing within. Sometimes it is hard to release what no longer serves you, but trust the journey that you are on, there are blessings waiting for you
